  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 Celsius). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Whisk until ingredients are well combined.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll with hands, and place on the baking sheet. Repeat until dough is done.
  4. Once you have placed all the rolled dough balls on to the baking sheet, press down with a fork to form a tine pattern.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges begin to brown, and remove from oven.
  6. Allow 10 minutes to cool before eating.
